Design & layout options
Before committing to a solution we explore a range of development layout options so you can be confident that you're moving forward with the optimum home extension or conversion design layout.
Interactive 3D models
The real world is three-dimensional so as standard we provide a live-view 3D model either simplified block-form or colourised, allowing you to navigate your home development in real time on your home computer or smart device. As an additional service we can offer more complex photo-realistic visualisations to help you get a feel for the difference that the changes to your home will make. All of these models can also help you visualise the end result, likely shadow casting and potential roof designs.
Planning drawings
With an emphasis on quality design and communication, we produce clear and accurate architectural drawings, plans, elevations, 3D models and visuals, needed for both planning and liaising with potential build contractors.
Planning submissions
We arrange all Local Planning Authority permissions, pre-application feedback, submit planning applications (if required), Lawful Development Certificates, design and access or heritage statements and liaise with the Council Planning Department on your behalf to ensure applications are handled smoothly.
Detailed drawings
With detailed build guide drawings and specifications you can ensure that your new build and additional space achieves best practice quality and performance. It also gives builders the information they need to price accurately, so as you can compare quotes.
